Twice a year during the 7-month season we update our menu. In the morning we process mainly fresh groceries from the island while our Juices are only fresh with fresh fruit from local producers from all over Greece. We serve a completely healthy and modern breakfast which fascinates every age and every peculiarity. We try to use as much as possible seasonal products, local and basically small producers.

Fresh products, local ingredients, ideas from all over the world, our specialized team, our chef Manolis Ragousis make a special menu for all of you. From the morning at 09:00 with an impressive breakfast with American influences combined with Greek and local ingredients. With lunch for before the beach that will satisfy you pleasantly but also lightly. From 18:00 until 01:00 in the evening with creative Greek cuisine in combination with local products and fresh ingredients.

We are what we eat …
In the afternoon and as the night goes on, the menu changes. We process Greek products with first quality materials to create a modern Greek cuisine based on the tradition of the place and the country. Our chef and team create recipes that adapt to all tastes, specialties and basically seasonal ones. As everyone who visited the island says: “The vibe of Antiparos is what makes our vacation unforgettable.” We cook with this vibe. Enjoy.
… and what we drink
We have focused a lot on the availability of wines, making a long list of mainly Greek producers. Our wines are renewed daily. The bartenders and baristas renew the drinks and cocktails based on the season with handmade purees and fresh ingredients. We support local alcohol and traditional drinks.
